Superior Divan Base
At Sound Sleep we offer a wide selection of divan bases made by many different manufacturers.
Although their overall construction may be the same, the build quality, drawer quality and fabric quality will vary dramatically.
We don't sell a cheap low-quality divan base as these are made with poor quality materials used to keep the prices low.
Our Superior Divan base has some padding to the top of the base and is finished with higher quality fabric options. The height of this base is 12 inches including Chrome glides.
Single bases are supplied in one piece where all sizes 4'0+ are supplied as two pieces which link together with invisible internal links.
4'0, 4'6 and 5'0 bases are split through the centre east to west. 6'0 bases are split through the centre north to south.
We also supply a range of matching fabric headboards available in three heights. A more traditional headboard on struts with a 26 inch high panel or a full floor standing headboard at 54 and 60 inches high. Both options fit to the base.
These bases can be used with any mattress, though we would normally recommend buying a mattress and base together. Matching headboards available to add.
