Comfort Trial
Choosing the right mattress is important, and sometimes it can take a little time for your body to adjust to a new sleeping surface.
Our Comfort Trial is designed to give you reassurance when purchasing your mattress in store. We believe that your perfect mattress has to be tried in store before buying as every brand and quality of mattress has a different level of comfort and firmness. So, the Comfort Trial is only available to customers that have tried and are ordering in store.
60 Night Comfort Trial
You have 60 nights to adjust to your new mattress.
Your body may take time to adapt to new support, particularly if your previous mattress was older or worn.
Minimum 40 Night Adjustment Period
We ask customers to sleep on the mattress for at least 40 nights before requesting an exchange. This allows time for the mattress to settle and for your body to adjust to the new level of support.
Mattress Protection
To keep the mattress in perfect condition, a cotton, bamboo or copper mattress protector must be purchased at the same time as the mattress.
This ensures the mattress remains clean and hygienic.
Suitable Base
If purchasing a mattress only, it must be used on a suitable base:
- Platform top bases are suitable
- Slatted bases must have gaps no larger than 6cm
Using an unsuitable base may affect support and invalidate the Comfort Trial.
Mattress Care During Trial
Mattresses should be rotated weekly for the first three months, which is standard care for new mattresses.

Include:
- A photo of the top and bottom of the mattress showing all four corners
- A photo of the base without the mattress (if mattress only was purchased)
Once confirmed, we will arrange an exchange for a different mattress.
The Comfort Trial applies to mattresses purchased in store only.
