At Sound Sleep, we believe buying a bed should be easy from start to finish. That’s why we provide a professional delivery service carried out by our own experienced team.
Free Delivery
We offer free local delivery on beds and mattresses. Our delivery team will bring your new bed directly to your home and place it in the room of your choice where access allows.
Free Bed Assembly
If you have purchased a divan or ottoman divan, our team will assemble the bed in your bedroom at no extra cost. This means you can relax knowing everything has been set up correctly. Selected bed frames may have an assembly fee.
Packaging Removal
Our team will remove all packaging and leave your room tidy once installation is complete.
Mattress & Bed Recycling
If you need your old bed or mattress removed, we offer a recycling service for a small charge. Please let us know when ordering if you would like this service added.
Delivery Lead Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and manufacturer. If the item is not in stock, we will provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order. Most of our made to order products are available in under 2 weeks.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will always keep you informed.
Preparing for Delivery
Please ensure that:
- Access to your property and bedroom is clear
- Stairways and doorways allow sufficient space for the product
- Fragile items such as pictures or ornaments are moved from the delivery path
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, additional delivery charges may apply.
