RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Sound Sleep Limited. This policy explains your rights when purchasing online.

1. 14 Day Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right you must notify us in writing within this period.

2. Returning Goods

Returned goods must:

  • be unused
  • be in original packaging where possible
  • be in a clean and hygienic condition

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • mattresses that are stained or marked
  • goods that have been used or slept on
  • special order items made to specific size, colour or specification
  • beds or headboards ordered in specific fabrics or finishes

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible.

We may arrange:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • inspection by an independent technician

Where a fault is confirmed we will repair or replace the product, or issue a refund if appropriate.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods or confirmation of a fault.

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
